We offer many different classes – for beginners and more advanced boaters, sailors, and those who want to be better at handling a boat under power. We limit our classes to four students so that everyone has plenty of time for each activity.
Private classes can be arranged for your group. We also hold “Women’s Classes”.

This course enables the student to demonstrate the navigation theory to plot a course to safely navigate in coastal waters or inland waters.
There’s no on-the-water training for this Standard. No ASA prerequisites are required, however, we recommend a basic understanding of aids to navigation, nautical charts, and experience reading a compass. Content is appropriate for power or sail. This ASA-certified course is more in-depth than the USCG navigation module. Be prepared to study outside of class.
*(Two weekends) ** Price includes textbook, training chart, and ASA certification.
